Ireland becomes first eurozone country to license Botox for migraine relief

The Irish Medicines board has licensed Botox for relief in chronic migraine.

It has long been known to smooth the foreheads of the well-heeled, but now the toxin is being put to more noble use.

The Republic of Ireland is the first country in the eurozone to issue a licence for the drug for this use.
