Food Summer School begins today

Ireland's inaugural Food Summer School gets underway today in Co Wicklow .

The Taste Council of Ireland organised the event, which will be held at The Brooklodge Hotel, Macreddin, Co Wicklow, after looking at political summer schools and art summer schools.

The summer school will bring together various stakeholders in the business of food in Ireland, food producers, chefs, Government departments and all who are concerned about the future of the food industry in Ireland.
