Teen dies in Donegal apartment fall

Gardaí in Co Donegal are investigating the death of a teenager who fell from the roof of a holiday apartment in Bundoran in the early hours of this morning.

They were called to the scene at the Tirconnell apartment complex on Station Road in the town shortly before 3am.

They found the body of the 17-year-old, who was from north Dublin, on the pavement outside the complex.

It is understood the teenager may have been locked out of his apartment and was attempting to gain access when he fell from the roof.

Gardaí are investigating the incident, but do not suspect foul play.
