Pair remanded over heroin seizure

Two men appeared in court today charged in connection with the seizure of a €2.4m haul of heroin.

Brian Kavanagh, aged 26, of Wheatley Hall, Clonee, Co Meath, and Peter Murray,aged 28, of Bellgree Heights, Tyrellstown, west Dublin, were both charged at Dublin District Court with possession of the drug and intent to supply.
