Four-year-old killed in Louth collision

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Co Louth yesterday evening in which a four-year-old boy was killed.

The child was riding a bike in the Townley Manor housing estate in the Tullyallen area of Drogheda, when he was hit by a truck shortly before 6pm.
