Gardaí prepare file for DPP after Cork arson attack

Gardaí in Cork are to prepare a file for the DPP after last night releasing without charge a man arrested for questioning about an arson attack on the home of an elderly woman.

Eighty-seven-year-old May O'Gorman was rescued from her home on Blarney Street by two gardaí after they responded to an emergency call on December 13.
