An arrest warrant has been issued for a drink-driver accused of killing two Irish holidaymakers in Spain three years ago.

John O'Connell and his wife Mary, from Caherciveen in Co Kerry, were killed in May 2008 after being knocked down as they walked back from a bar in Orihuela Costa near Alicante after celebrating their silver wedding anniversary.
