Healthcare firm to create 35 jobs in Galway

Delcath Systems, a speciality pharmaceutical and medical device company, is set to establish its European headquarters in the city creating up to 35 jobs.

The new operation will support the company's commercial launch of its Hepatic Chemosat delivery system in Europe and will be based in Mervue Business Park.

Recruitment for positions in marketing, sales and logistics support is underway with the operation expected to be up and running by September or October.
