The Justice Minister Alan Shatter has signed into effect new white collar crime measures which will help juries in their deliberations in complex theft and fraud trials.

Section 57 of the Criminal Justice Act 2001 will allow a judge to order copies of documents, charts and transcripts to be given to a jury to assist in its deliberations.
