Gardaí question man after attempted abduction in Offaly

Gardaí are still questioning a man in connection with an attempted abduction in Co Offaly last week.

The 42-year-old was arrested in Waterford yesterday after reports that a young girl was almost dragged into a white van after a man stopped to ask for directions in Ferbane.
