Mountain Rescue services help find man missing since Sunday
Emergency services successfully located a man last night after he had been missing in County Wicklow for more than 24 hours.
The man in his sixties had been last seen climbing Lugnaquilla at about 3pm on Sunday afternoon, and Gardaí requested the assistance of the Mountain Rescue services at 6.30pm yesterday evening.
The Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue Team and the Dublin-Wicklow team attended the scene to assist Gardaí and Defence Forces.
The man was found at a military firing range at about 9.15pm last night.
He was uninjured and was reunited with his family.
