Suspect device declared a hoax

A suspect device which led to an area of Dublin's north inner city being sealed off has been deemed a hoax.

The object was found near a jeep at Seville Place shortly before 8am this morning.

The army was called in and gardaí attended the scene.

Traffic in the area is now returning to normal.
