Dublin to host distressed properties auction

A total of 110 distressed properties are to go under the hammer in Dublin today.

The properties, a mixture of commercial and residential, have a combined value of €13.5m.

It is the second such property auction being held by Allsop Space.

At the first auction in April, almost €15m worth of distressed property was sold, in just five hours.

More than 80 of the properties up for sale today are in Dublin. Any property that achieves its stated maximum reserve will be sold to the highest bidder.
