Hayes: 'Fair degree of scepticism' about hospital's funding

A junior Minister at the Department of Finance, Brian Hayes,has said that "there is a fair degree of scepticism" about funding for the proposed National Children's Hospital.

He said he wants to hear what the Health Minister announces later, but admits there is a question mark over funding for the facility.
