Fitzgerald: Difficult decisions ahead

A Government minister has rowed in behind the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore, amid suggestions of internal tensions over plans to slash public spending even further in the next Budget.

Reports suggest some Departments have already been warned to cut back their budgets by as much as 15%.
