Man held after woman's body found in North

A man has been arrested suspected of murder after a woman’s body was discovered in a street in Co Antrim.

The 29-year-old victim was found dead in the Patterson’s Row area of Carrickfergus early yesterday evening.

Detectives have launched a murder inquiry.

The 38-year-old suspect is being questioned by police.
