Ring: Costs of Healy-Rae calls should be paid back

Junior minister Michael Ring has called on the person or people in Dáil Éireann who called a TV reality show to vote for Independent TD Michael Healy-Rae to pay back the cost of the calls.

Deputy Healy-Rae has denied any involvement in organising more than 3,600 phone votes to be cast from Leinster House.
