Man to be sentenced for raping eight-year-old daughter

A 43-year-old man is to be sentenced next month for the rape of his eight-year-old daughter.

The man, who cannot be named to protect the girl's identity, was on the run in Ireland after he was convicted in Britain of the indecent assault of another girl who was nine years old.
