Doyle expected to seek FG nomination for Presidency

Former MEP and TD Avril Doyle is expected to announce later that she will be seeking the Fine Gael nomination for the Presidency.

It is understood the 62-year-old held high-level talks with senior members of the party in recent days and will make her announcement later today.
