Group demands children's rights referendum
A group representing the unmarried and separated families of Ireland is calling on the government to support children's rights and hold a referendum.
A total of 35 members of the unmarried and separated families of Ireland group will jump out of a plane in Co Offaly today, to highlight the impact of what it deems the one-sided nature of the Irish judiciary in relation to fathers and other family member's rights.
The organisation is campaigning for the awareness of the plight of thousands of fathers who do not have rights in relation to their children.
