Declan Sheridan of Sugarloaf View, Sea Road, Kilcoole and James O'Connor, of Kilbridge Grove in Bray shot Charles Sinapayen twice at Richmond Hill, Fassaroe in the early hours of May 29, 2009.

The 33-year-old street performer was at home with his girlfriend when they two shot him through his bedroom window before disposing of their weapons and clothes at a local cemetery.

Both accused have long criminal records and neither reacted when the jury found them guilty of murder after four and half hours of deliberations.
