Women's Council says Bruton ignoring requests for talks on JLCs
The National Women's Council of Ireland is accusing Jobs Minister Richard Bruton of ignoring their requests for a meeting on proposed changes to wage agreements known as Joint Labour Committees (JLCs).
The council says the changes will effectively cut the pay and conditions of thousands of working women and is accusing Minister Richard Bruton of excluding the voices of workers.
