Supporters gather to pay tribute to Lenihan
There is a steady flow of people arriving at the constituency office of Brian Lenihan this afternoon, paying their respects to the former Minister for Finance.
A book of condolence has been opened at Laurel Lodge Shopping centre in Castleknock where the TD worked for over 15 years.
Members of the public will be able to sign the book up until 6pm this evening. Hundreds are expected to do so throughout the course of the day.
Mr Lenihan died early yesterday morning at his home after an 18-month battle with cancer.
The remains of the 52-year old are to lie in repose from 10am Monday morning at Jennings Funeral home in Blanchardstown, with the removal that evening to St Mochta's church in Porterstown for 6pm.
Funeral mass will then take place on Tuesday morning at 11am, after which he will buried at St David's church graveyard in Killsallaghan.
