A total of €5m is being allocated for 25 new sustainable transport projects as part of the Government's recently announced Jobs Initiative.

Transport Minister Leo Varadkar says the funds will be used for road improvements, pedestrian crossings, cycle routes, and other pedestrian projects in Dublin, Meath, Wicklow and Kildare.
