Shatter highlights 'irregular marriages'

The Minister for Justice has alerted his EU colleagues about highly irregular patterns of marriage in Ireland between EU nationals and those from outside the EU.

Alan Shatter was speaking in Luxembourg in the context of the exercise of EU freedom of movement rights.
