HSE takes charge of Dublin nursing home

The HSE has confirmed that is has taken charge of a nursing home in south Dublin.

The move comes after the Health Information and Quality Authority secured a court order in relation to Rostrevor Nursing Home in Rathgar, which has 23 residents.

In a statement the HSE said its priorities are "to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients" and to "work towards sourcing alternative accommodation" for them.
