Noonan reiterates intent to return to markets
Finance Minister Michael Noonan has again insisted there will not be a need for a second bailout for Ireland.
Speaking in the Dáil this afternoon Minister Noonan reiterated the Government's intention to return to the bond markets in the latter stages of next year, while he also underlined the Government's refusal to budge on the matter of the country's 12.5% rate of corporation tax.
