Three units of Dublin Fire Brigade are tacking a blaze at a derelict building in Portmarnock, Co. Dublin.

Traffic is down to one lane near the train station on Station Rd because of the fire.

Gardaí are directing traffic but delays are expected.

The Fire Brigade said its staff are working to contain the fire at the moment, but are experiencing problems with low water pressure in the area.
