Man dies of head injuries

A man who was discovered with serious head injuries near Belfast has died.

The 50-year-old was found close to steps outside a property in Queen’s Crescent, Carnmoney, in the early hours of Saturday morning.

He died in hospital today, police said.

Detectives are trying to determine how he suffered the injuries.

A 41-year-old woman is being questioned about the death.
