Aer Lingus rostering row threatens plans of 30,000 passengers per day

Talks aimed at averting strike action at Aer Lingus broke up without resolution in the early hours of this morning.

The airline has said it is considering what contingency plans can be put in place ahead of disruption from Tuesday if the industrial action goes ahead.
