FF's McGrath calls for household-levy charge to be clarified

Fianna Fáil has called on the Government to clear up the confusion over the proposed new household charge.

It follows mixed signals from the Government after Minister Phil Hogan announced yesterday that the charge would come into effect next year, while the Taoiseach and Tánaiste say no such decision has been made.
