A new survey has found people in Munster are the least generous when it comes to charity donations.

A new survey has found people in Munster are the least generous when it comes to charity donations.

People in Munster donate an average of €48 a year each while Dubliners donate €207 each a year on average.

Six out of 10 people surveyed by market research company 'Behaviour and Attitudes' said they had donated money on a charity 'flag day' over the past two years.
