Judge to allow majority verdict in Davison libel action

The jury has been told that it can return a majority verdict in Rosanna Davison's High Court libel action against Ryanair.

The former Miss World is suing over an online press release in which the airline criticised comments she made as having "bordered on racism".

The judge has indicated he will allow a majority decision which means at least nine of the 12 jurors must agree.
