Four masked intruders steal jewellery from Wicklow house

Gardaí are searching for four masked men who stole jewellery during a burglary at a house in Co Wicklow last night.

The gang threatened the occupant, a woman in her 30s, before entering the house at Three Mile Water, Brittas Bay shortly after 8pm.

One of the gang was armed with a knife.

They made off with a number of items of jewellery with a substantial value.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area over the past week to contact them.
