Calls for taxi corruption inquiry

There are calls for an independent inquiry into corruption and fraud in the taxi industry.

It follows last night's 'Prime Time' investigates programme which claimed that a number of unroadworthy taxis passed the NCT test after cash was handed over to individuals.
