Gardaí investigate fatal gangland shooting

Gardaí are investigating the murder of a 19-year-old man who died in hospital yesterday after being shot in a house in Inchicore in Dublin.

Officers believe at least two gun men carried out this attack which happened at around 3pm at a house at Myra Close off Emmet Road.

The victim was known to gardaí and appeared in court last week.

A firearm believed to have been used in the incident has since been recovered by gardaí.

They are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
