Kelly article 'shows why Govt had to make cuts last year'

The Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has said he believes the article written by economist Morgan Kelly at the weekend is an "important one".

Mr Martin said it highlights why exactly the Government had to make such savage cuts last December.
