Counting ends in Seanad election

Counting in the Seanad Election has ended after the fifth panel of Senators, the Administrative Panel, was filled late this afternoon.

The seven candidates who won seats on that panel are Fianna Fáil's Mark Daly and Diarmuid Wilson; Labour's John Kelly and Denis Landy; Fine Gael's Michael D'Arcy, Martin Conway and Tom Sheahan.
