The Limerick rugby player Shane Geoghegan who was shot dead in 2008 will be honoured today with the launch of a new art installation.

The 28-year-old was murdered on November 8, 2008 as he walked to his home in Dooradoyle in Limerick, in a suspected case of mistaken identity.
