Brain surgery hope for Liam, 2
A two-year-old Irish boy is set to become the world’s youngest child to undergo pioneering brain surgery.
Liam Heffernan, who suffers from Batten’s Disease, will leave from Dublin Airport tomorrow to participate in a medical treatment trial in the United States.
