Men due in court after victim's arm hacked from body

Two men are due to appear before Dublin District Court this morning, after a man's arm was almost completely separated from his body with a machete or sharp knife yesterday.

The assault on a 35-year-old Romanian man took place outside a late-opening shop on the North Circular Road at around 1.30am yesterday morning.
