Survey: Nearly 50% of drivers speed 'comfortably'

Almost half of all Irish motorists believe they can safely exceed the speed limit on national roads, according to research carried out by the Road Safety Authority.

The RSA found that comfort with speeding is particularly high in the counties around Dublin.
