Shatter: Those behind banking crisis should hang heads in shame

Justice Minister Alan Shatter says "bad judgement and greed" are still alive and well in Ireland.

In an address to the annual conference of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors, Minister Shatter said those responsible for the banking crisis should hang their heads in shame.
