Permanent TSB tracker mortgage customers to challenge lender

A group of Permanent TSB customers on buy-to-let tracker mortgages are to challenge a decision by the lender to terminate the interest-only period of their loans.

They have been told by the lender that they must change to capital and interest repayments or they will lose their tracker rate.
