No jail for man who forced himself on 14-year-old

A Clare man who forced himself on a 14-year-old girl in a shed has escaped a custodial sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today.

The court heard the now 17-year-old victim suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and is afraid to go outside.
