Cork three-year-old clear of cancer after treatment in New York

A little girl from Co Cork has been given the all-clear from brain and spinal cancer after receiving specialist treatment in the United States.

Last October Megan Malone - who is three - was given only a 20% chance of surviving after doctors discovered she had rare tumours on her brain and spine.
