The new Minister for Children Frances Fitzgerald is to address a conference on Childcare in Dublin today.

The Irish Pre-School Play Association and the National Children's Nursery Association are holding the event, and they will be hoping Ms Fitzgerald takes note of their concerns about the low level of investment in the sector.
