Jury disagrees on rape charges

A Central Criminal Court jury has convicted a Dublin resident of harassing his ex-girlfriend but has disagreed on two counts of rape.

Last week the jury found the man guilty by unanimous verdict of assaulting the woman causing her harm and stealing two mobile phones from her on December 18, 2009; and assaulting her in a car on December 19, 2009.
