Gardaí believe human remains found in a park in Dublin yesterday could have been there for a couple of years.

Gardaí believe human remains found in a park in Dublin yesterday could have been there for a couple of years.

They were discovered by a child retrieving his football out of bushes at Tolka Valley Park in Finglas.

An initial examination was carried out at the scene yesterday while state pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy will conduct a full post mortem later.
