Taoiseach refers Moriarty report to DPP

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has today asked for public prosecutors to examine the damning findings of the Moriarty Tribunal.

The long-running inquiry found former Fine Gael Communications Minister Michael Lowry helped telecoms tycoon Denis O'Brien secure Ireland's second mobile phone licence.
